WE ARE LED BY GIANTS

1. U.K. says Butter should be banned to protect the nation's health, according to a leading heart surgeon. Shyam Kolvekar says only radical action can save growing numbers of young adults from heart attacks and clogged arteries.
2 White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel uttered the following:
"When you think about the First Amendment...you think it's highly overrated”
3. Obama has pulse of people? The tenth paragraph of Balz’s story said: “The poll also shows how much ground Obama has lost during his first year of trying to convince the public that more government is the answer to the country's problems. By 58 percent to 38 percent, Americans said they prefer smaller government and fewer services to larger government with more services. Since he won the Democratic nomination in June 2008, the margin between those favoring smaller over larger government has moved in Post-ABC polls from five points to 20 points.”
4. It seems like just yesterday that Obama was peddling his “judgment” in lieu of “experience,” right? It turns out that he has neither. The judgment errors are many and serious. He misread his mandate, confused campaign rhetoric for persuasive communication, overexposed himself, refused to let go of his juvenile fixation on blaming George W. Bush for all the problems he faced, replaced bipartisanship with hyper-partisanship, and declined to take seriously early-warning.”
5. Mark Steyn: “Well, as a wintry election day dawns in Massachusetts, I’ll believe it when I see it. If all but one of those polls are right, Scott Brown now has a lead well beyond the margin of error. But, as that Boston Globe ‘Dead Heat!’ headline suggests, it’s not necessarily beyond the margin of Acorn, the margin of lawyer, and the margin of Franken-style recounts. On the other hand, if you’re minded to (as MSNBC’s electokleptomaniac Ed Schultz recommends) steal the vote, KEEP THE BASTARDS OUT and you don’t really want to have to steal it big, on a Mugabe-esque scale.”
6. Plus, from Don Surber: “The problem for el presidente is right now most American voters prefer doing nothing to the one giant compost heap that this adminsitration has created of the economy
