“modernized and right-sized”

            Allah Akbar!  Our fight against ISIS must be “modernized and right-sized” according to the spokesman for Obama.  Strike one for insanity from the White House due to its convoluted language.  Strike two for insanity, a rider was attached to a bill to fight ISIS that expands wilderness land in the West.  Strike three? Use your demonic imagination.
