Our fearless leader

Is Iraq at war? Our fearless leader says the state of affairs there represents “vulnerability”.  Since when is war a “vulnerability”?  Since our fearless leader, a man of equivocation says so.  Isn’t it one or the other?  One of these two is not like the other!
